... A brilliant implementer. He also 'had the knack' to get across the process & procedures in a way which was easy to pick up and put into practise. I found the course very interesting and it has widened my outlook on what sort of reporting is available. I was impressed by Kilimanjaro's set up. It was a very enjoyable 2 days. I thought it was great having a member from Support in out class the second day as she pointed out little things the trainer wouldn't have come across as implementer.
