Kilimanjaro ScanPack

Verify each item on an order before it goes out the door. The system can also scan Serial numbers. A user-friendly interface allows the warehouse manager to prioritise and group orders for packing, and to have tight control over orders being shipped.

MYOB EXO Business comes with a powerful reportwriting tool called Clarity. This provides total flexibility in reporting, including complex calculations and multipe formatting options on all forms and reports. Kids are assigned to carers, and a graphic dashboard shows what slots are still available. This system is fully integrated with Exonet, providing a complete system including debtor and creditor management, general ledger, contract pricing, and reporting.

On-Line Company Systems Manual

A simple framework to publish your company manual on-line, making the latest version of a document available to everyone in the company. No need for cumbersome paper based policies and procedures that are always out of date. An administrator has permission to add documents to the framework. Documents in any format can be uploaded eg Word, PDF, jpeg. The system requires no special computer skills to manage - the HR manager or MD can administer this systems manual themselves.
