Kilimanjaro ensures that every client has access to the ongoing support that they require. Kilimanjaro has a dedicated support desk in order to provide better service to our clients. All calls channeled through the support desk, are logged and tracked. The support desk will take ownership of your ticket, and track it through until you are satisfied that it has been resolved

Upgrading your MYOB EXO Business Software

The annual licence fee you pay to MYOB entitles you to the very latest program releases and upgrades. Although the process of upgrading is fairly straightforward, it should be done by a qualified implementer to eliminate the risk of error. Kilimanjaro is able to provide this service at a very reasonable cost, due to our experience and efficiency at upgrading client sites.

Phase 2 - Tuning up and adding functionality

You have already implemented Exonet. Your team is familiar with the system, and you are ready for Phase 2. You need good independent advice on how to use the power of your system to improve your efficiencies. You may want to add an additional module, or activate some functionality that  already exists in the modules you have.
